Preparing your skin for gua sha is important. Ensure your skin is completely clean, and then apply our All-Over Oil to help the tool glide. Start by opening up the entire neck before moving on to your face. Then move to your legs and work your way up, finishing with your arms. Take deep breaths, move slowly, and most importantly, stay hydrated. For best results, perform each movement five to ten times per area. This ritual is typically practiced two to three times a week, but you can do it as often as daily, in the morning or evening.
