Always brush towards your heart. Legs:  Begin at your feet and brush upwards using small strokes. Arms: Start at your hands and brush upwards. Stomach: Work gently in a clockwise motion.

Use on dry skin before a shower. Complete by applying a nourishing skin care oil or cream.

Do not use on irritated, scratched or damaged skin.
Brushing should be gentle and should not be used on very sensitive skin.
